With over 35 years in the energy industry, Jon has gathered extensive experience in upstream energy marketing, supply aggregation, and transportation services. In 1994, he started Shamrock Energy Corporation, originally a producer services company offering marketing, gas control, accounting, risk management, and transportation services. The company grew to become one of the top eight privately held firms in the North Louisiana and East Texas area.  Jon was also one of the first team members, in 2001, at Optigas, a midstream company with gathering and pipeline assets across East Texas, North Louisiana, and Wyoming. Between 2007 and 2011, he worked as the Corporate Development and Gas Marketing VP for a publicly traded independent E&P company, helping manage natural gas resources in Alabama, West Virginia, and British Columbia. He also played a role in founding the National Energy Marketers Association.  His career took him to New York, where he spent four years as COO for a retail energy service provider, overseeing wholesale and retail electricity and natural gas trading, risk management, and credit support.  In 2015, Jon founded Efficient Power Tech, initially focused on energy efficiency products and services, including microgrid designs for on-site power generation. In 2022, he shifted the company’s focus to Bitcoin and AI/HPC upstream modular data centers.  Throughout his career, Jon has held licenses such as the Commodity Trading Advisor, Series 3 (Commodity), and Series 7 (Securities), reflecting his wide-ranging expertise in both energy markets and financial services.

Mike is an accomplished C-Level Executive, Entrepreneur, and Board Member with nearly 50 years of success in the Oil & Gas, electric, and manufacturing industries and has extensive experience with acquisitions, integration, and organizational development.  He hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.  He served as CEO of Optigas which developed midstream assets backed by Kelso & Co. He has served as Member of the Board of Directors for Associated Natural Gas Corp (NYSE), Laney Directional Drilling Company and Basic Material Services.

Will Clear has over 30 years of energy experience working in both the private and public sector. After a short stint in public accounting, Will went on to hold multiple business development roles within several companies in the natural gas industry. Will most recent private sector role was at Range Resources, where he built a billion-dollar natural gas trading portfolio while marketing gas to Southeast utilities. After leaving Range, Will transitioned to the public sector with the Virginia Department of Energy eventually as its interim director, where he was responsible for writing the 2022 Governor’s Energy Plan. Currently, Will has an energy consulting practice where he assists clients with siting of large energy generation projects

Jim leads Engineering and Operations at Efficient Power Tech. Jim brings 36 years of business experience in the electrical power generation industry, the manufacturing industry, and in the area of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma quality and process improvement. Mr. Robertson spent 27 years with General Electric in executive, and business leadership positions. He is a graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in engineering, obtaining his MBA mid-career. Jim was an original member of the GE Operations and Maintenance business team, Started the GE Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) business, manager of GE’s global Aeroderivative service business, and power plant manager for Modesto Energy, TBG Cogen, and Ocean State Power. Jim’s past also includes Plant Engineer at Apache Power Plant in Wilcox, Arizona, and General Manager of GE’s global heavy duty and industrial service shop network of 64 shops.

Yashar has over 15 years experience in competitive power markets serving an Energy Economist at Shell Trading, a Risk Analyst at GE Capital, EFS and Portfolio Manager at Stark Investments and Dominion Energy.  He was also Market Strategist at Citigroup Commodity Trading supporting Trade, Market Analysis & Origination.  He. Has a comprehensive understanding of ISO structures and state regulations.  He currently serves consulting clients regarding Grid Congestion, Battery/Solar sizing and valuation, Macro Power Market Strategy, Hedging, Microgrids and Risk Management.  He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics, Bogazici University, Turkey,  and M. S. in Economics and Mathematics, Purdue University, and is an Assistant Professor of Economics, Rice University.

Brian is the Managing General Partner of Delamer Energy. His experience as one of the key implementors of GE’s Long Term Service (LTSA) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) business, has positioned him to help clients, including TECO Energy, Hess, Jacobs Engineering, Southern California Edison and others rework their agreements and structure new ones beneficial to both parties. He is a dedicated and energetic executive with a long history of significantly elevating profit margins while successfully driving new business initiatives. Due in part to a long-term tenure with General Electric Power Generation he is adept at analysis and due diligence of potential acquisitions and leading successful financial turnarounds for struggling and/or growing organizations. His in-depth knowledge and experience with all aspects of power plant and business operations provides for operational competitive cost savings and revenue optimization.
